Deadlift 5x3...DL & Burpees

Saturday 10-2.

Deadlift. X3. 135-225-275-315-345-395-420-440-460-470-480+5 from last week and that is my last 1 rep max

5 RFT:
275# DL, 5 reps
10 Burpees.
2:46.56 PR (3:27 on 7-7)

I was in the fetal position after this WOD... ooohhh yeah, it hurts soooo gooood!!!
