135 pound Thruster, 7 reps... subbed Push Press
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

I think I had some scar tissue break up in my knee this am so I subbed push press for thrusters, should have done 175-185… Or atleast 155... Thrusters would have TOTALLY changed this WOD...
