Thrusters were all unbroken. Had a hard time finding right grip and position on db thrusters. Also struggled keeping db's racked bringing me forward on my toes and first 2-3 thrusters were a hair above parallel then I was able to get in groove and the rest were at or below.
GHD touched hand to floor and opposite toe on each rep. 1st set unbroken, 15-10-5 on 2nd the sets of 5 on 3rd... I'm a little 'top heavy'
