Shoulder flexibility is getting better, not moving the weight I would like to or that I should compared to my BS, but it is improvement none the less. I would have probably done 5-10# more, 1-2 sets, but I had a meeting to get to this morning. ROM was MUCH better, still about 3” above parallel and 5-6” off the agility pad, but it is a lot deeper than before!!
