150 Double-unders
50 Burpees… unbroken, but not too fast

DUers SUCK!! I usually sub tuck jumps but am making myself do them after the last WOD…. those alone took 14+ min. Mainly singles and misses… got into a little rythm at 75 and again at 100 and hit 2-3 in a row…. need to practice. Burpees could have been a bit faster…
