For the first time I actually caught all of them in a full squat and felt like a good workout. My horrible wrist flexibility keeps the bar from landing flush in my hand and it is a ways off of my chest... but the weight was low enough it wasnt too bad. Hopefully my flexibility gets better and the numbers go up.
