noticed myself not locking thrusters out on the first set and really concentrated on it on the rest of them. Some were not quite as deep as they should have been, wrists were really bothering me and it was hard to keep it shelfed and came forward on my toes a few times and came up early. Totally and completely exhausted at the end... layed on the floor for about 15 mins trying to catch my breath felt light headed for about 30 mins.. great WOD!!
