Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Row 500 meters... 45# KB SDLHP x 50
25 Turkish Get-ups with a 60-pound dumbbell
50 SDLHP and 22 TGU
Made the decision to get some rings after this, plenty of strenght just could not keep it stable... especially on the left side. My limited flexibility played a role as well.... very dissapointing.
