Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters... ran 200 meters (10 lenghts) inside weight room
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps

5 rds + 35 meters PR (3 rds on 2-8)

Next time I need to do KB swings instead of the running
