Pull-ups... did 20, 10 then sets of 7-5
Push-ups... did 40, 20, 25, 15
Sit-ups... tried to stay steady with little rest sets of 20 then 10, break and cat stretch at 50
Squats.... steady unbrocken, good and low... roll at the top
