today was supposed to be a ME day, but I was not feeling it. I have felt like I needed a delaod week since the last ME day and combo with the end of FB and the tweak in my forarm from heavy DL + I decided to take it down a notch and make sure my form was dialed in. Snatch felt good, tried to C & J and it hut my arm so I did pulls instead. Pleased with the PR on back squat
