185 was clean which is a PR on a full Snatch, 190 is also a PR power snatch + OHS
250 ties PR from C&J on Mon, hoping for 255 maybe 260 next week
Back squat felt good, wasnt sure about the 20 RM after 90%, but it wasnt too bad
