Did 30 progressions off my toes
C. L Sit on rings - 120 sec total work
Off my pirouettes
D. 25 double unders, rest 30 sec x 8
Did 200 DUers
Had to leave early, daughter is sick, so I had to do part C and D at home about 30 min later
