I felt like doing something after the late night treats at the in-laws. I am going to mix in some burpee, push-up, HSPU stuff tomorrow with some running. The kids were sleeping... I didn't want to puke up the cheese and crackers and cookies I ate a couple hours ago,... and this is what I came up with.
