Wanted to end around 350, but I was having a hard time getting in the hole… need to stretch more I was running late, and working on new hand position and low bar position and didnt want to sacrifice form for weight

20 RFT:
7 2 Pood KB Swings
7 Push-ups

I thought this would be in the 10-12 minute range compared to last time I did it,... suprised and pleased
