10 RFT: 10 KB Swings, 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, 10 Squats

203…On hotel fitness center scale

Ran 1/2 mile at 7-7.5mph and sampson stretch

Had to sub KB for pull-ups and push-ups for dips

10 RFT:

10 50# DB swings
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 squats

50# is the heaviest db at hotel
