First triathlon was yesterday and I am back on the wagon!

21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips
as rx’ed in 10:45
I wasn’t mentally ready for the 135# squat cleans to feel so heavy. Had to do sets of 3 after 1st 10 and stayed off the bar too long

Hit some front squats x5 afterwards… I felt like a drug addict fresh out of rehab in the back of a pharmacy getting back in the weight room after taking some time off to get ready for tri.
