Set a cone at 20 meters. Five rounds for time of:
185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 40 meters
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 40 meters

Weight room is exactly 26M long so the turns took some manuvering…
Clean and Jerked the 185# for the OH walks... unbroken on rds1, 2 and 4. About 3M short on rd3 and 7M on rd5
Wallballs were 10-15 at a time… should have pushed it harder on them
Farmer carry was tricky with our reamed out bumbers not weighing the same and the wide turns
Leaving for vacation tomorrow so I wanted to hit some power cleans before we left… should have done 5x5 or added some weight
