60 seconds L-sit
45 pound barbell Good mornings, 30 reps
60 Abmat sit-ups
25 pound plate Back Extensions, 30 reps

1st time doing L sits, got them 15 seconds at a time until last 30 of 3rd set. Spent too much time talking… Looked at this one as a completion WOD.
Off to the in-laws…
