95 pound Squat clean, 10 reps
20 Sit-ups
The standard for the sit-up is feet anchored, back of the hands touch the ground above your head on the bottom, and hands touch the anchor at the top. No Abmat.

Sit-ups are much faster anchored for sure! I really tried to catch the squat cleans in a full squat instead of just a power clean + front squat and my transition time could have been a bit faster… really gotta have my mind right next time for a short 7 minute WOD like this, every second counts!
