Bike 21 miles… work on form in the pool for about an hour this morning/early afternoon
Figured almost 3 hrs of cardio was enough for one day, well around 2 1/2 I guess, and my knee started bothering me late in the ride—BAD! I think it is my IT band, gonna roll around on a tennis ball and hope I can hit the squat snatches tomorrow
