Only the 2nd time I have done this lift, and the first time I have gone heavy. ROM was better, but still ~3-4 inches above parallel, this got better as I went through the sets. The more I did it the more comfortable I felt and the better my form was. I probably could have gone 5-10# heavier, but I was running a little late because I was not sure what weight to start with… Next time start at 135-150 and shoot for 185-200
