"We don't have the agility of gymnasts, the power of a weightlifter, or the endurance of a marathoner but we have more agility, power, and endurance than any gymnast, weightlifter or marathoner. We do your stuff almost as good as you, you can’t do our stuff at all and we do stuff neither of us does way better than you can." -Greg Glassman, aka "Coach"

205.4#

Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Used agility pad to get ATG

first attempt at 325 I didn’t have my mind right 2nd one the weight slipped off of shoulders (arms crossed) on 2nd rep. This is the first WOD I used the agility pad as a reference and I am getting another 3 inches or so lower, going from right at or just above parallel before to below parallel has me at 25# under my last PR (285x5 just last week)... but I am 25# lighter from 11-30, ran a half marathon on Saturday and have been biking 40-75miles/week so who knows… I just know that I would feel a lot better if I had gotten the 325

11-30 340
9-15…335
6-25…330
5-5…325
3-25…295

Back Squats x3
315-345-365… legs were taxed, good thing I am not riding today
