39:12 PR... 43:25 on 12-29 (sub for 2nd 5K Row)... 52:27 on 3-17-09
1st Mile = 8:45
Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats were 5-10-15 (Cindy Style) X 20 = 28:35
Lost some time in transition in and outside(sweatshirt, gloves, hat…), especially on 2nd mile. Thought the 20 sets would be a bit faster, legs are kinda sore from 3x5 front squats yesterday.. had to stop at 8-9 each time then finish
