5 Parallette handstand push-ups
10 Overhead one-legged squats, 45 pound barbell
Did regular (leg assisted) rope climb
Used parallettes for HSPU
Used 45# DB held to chest for pistols

watch did not start… stagger start after w/o partner finished rope climb and was 12:15 on his clock
