Chest-to-bar pull-up
Box jump, 30 inch box
GHD sit-up

13:02 (with a 31” box)

First time on the 31 incher, could have pushed it a bit harder and went faster the first few sets but was very uncomfortable getting started… more so coming off the box than getting on it
