15 Double-unders
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Back extensions
Scaled to:
20 mins of:
15 tuck jumps
15 sit-ups
15 supermans
16 rds ± 15 jumps
Legs were so tight and sore I am suprized that I could get off the ground, but feel much better now. The unanchored sit-ups bogged me down, but were better than doing GHD. I got a good sweat going, but my heart rate did not seem to get that high…probably from the slower pace on the sit-ups…dunno
