Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups... did 3:1 conversion hoping to get more rounds, 6 pull ups, 6 dips
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
10 RDS + 16 reps
8-26 did 10 rds + 4 pull-ups, and 9 rds on 7-8 both doing 4:1 conversion
