Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats.... good and low, needed to rull hips through

27 + 15 reps PR (25+5 on 7-27, 22 6-9, 19 on 5-15, and 13 on 2-9)
