50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball... 45# Thrusters
50 Burpees
50 Double unders... 50 tuck jumps
33:43 PR (4-23 did it in 43:35 and only did knees to chest) Finished EXT at 18:30, thrusters (sets of 10) and especially the burpees (sets of 5) took it out of me for sure
