95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
Getting better at squat cleans, 1st set was good and low from the floor 2nd and 3rd about half and from hang. 1st 800 was okay 2nd and 3rd had to break up... especially the 3rd
