As Rx did 50 SDLHP to sub for rows. The burpees really took it out out of me and was totally gassed after 2 rounds, the last round took about 14 minutes.

Waited about 20 minutes and did the 2nd WOD. As Rx did 3 parallel dips for each ring dip
