3 for 1 make up day

Wednesday
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

50 Ring Dips... did the Rx 150 regular dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups... all in one set, felt good
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups... put my feet on the tall plyo box
Run 400 meters
